Another goofy yet interesting video from DigitalRev.


How to do High Speed Photography

A few tidbits I didn't know before this video.

1. Use a slow shutter speed like 2 seconds. The room is dark so the flash is the actual shutter.
2. Use low ISO.
3. Flash power should be set low to get fast flash burst. Kai uses 1/32 in this video, which is close to 1/10,000s.

I've never been able to successfully do high speed photography. Does anyone have any success stories with it?
