As far as HDR's go, this one isn't actually that bad. Just a little too much haloing around the car I would say is all that could be changed in this.

Yea, it was my first time doing anything with it, i think I might have gone a bit overboard. I think I'm going to go back in and try a few different things. Thanks for the responses.

I like to keep a copy of a straight photo open for comparison while I'm doing the HDR.....it's too easy to get carried away. This is pretty close. It's OK to look a little artificial....but it's a very slippery slope. Quite good for an early effort.

So many people do bad ones, that some people just assume they hate HDR without realizing the potential.

I like it.....but no number plate?? thats illegal isn't it? and the advertising board behind the car detracts from the subject

In some states in the US, a front plate is not required, unfortunately VW of America pre drilled the front, hence the holes, the replacement just need to be installed
