Apart form some very minor WB and tonal range differences, one show OLYMPUS in EXIF and the other does not. Or is my monitor showing different colours depending on the angle of view?

The 2nd on has been dodged on the light reflections on the water to brighten them up?

One of them is a .tiff export from Lightroom and the other is a .JPG. I had no idea there could be such a large difference.

Going from 16.7 million possible colors to 281 trillion makes a difference...
More megapixels don't necessarily mean more resolution...
