Here's the oldest one I've found so far...

This photo was taken on July 21, 2002 using a Fujifilm FinePix 1300.

Everything I have older than that is either on a floppy (which I no longer have a drive for  :'() or lost in the aether when MSN communities shut down.  :o :'(

In 2005 I bought a Canon Powershot A400 and started to make  my first digital photos.
This is one of the few I still have, me with my second bike,
a Moto Guzzi T5 built in 1985, returning from a  2 days biker meeting.

I'm pretty sure it was 1.3mp, and I may have not had the set to use the largest file size due to storage limitations.
 If I remember corectly my SD card was a 4mb and my hard drive was 320mb at the time.

ooh wow, cool thread :)

This is the oldest I have on flickr - out of a canon 300D slr - that was the first digital camera I had.



This was taken in 2006 just before I gave it to my mother.  I probably have ones from 2004 at home somewhere.  I'll take a look when I get home tonight if I remember :)

The wife had a machine with a floppy drive at work so here is really my oldest digital photo...
