I love photos of doors, in a very odd sense I thought I was the only one.

@Voyager
LOL

Living near a old over 100 year old town, I just drove around the back streets, and took pictures out my driver window  ;D
I even stopped on a 2 lane main road to take the picture of the Plumbing shop.
Not much traffic though.  ;)

@mikmas101
Looks like an oven door for the old style real brick oven....

the doors were in the garden wall of a house in a small fishing town so maybe anchovies did get a look in  ::) (can't stand them)

Here are 2 from Greece!  One Color in the Great Meteoro Monastery leading into the main chapel and surrounded by religious Icons (we were not allowed to enter, and a Infrared in the St. Stephens Monastery which is now a convent. The convent was bombed in WW2.  Both of these monasteries are on top of 2000 meter high rock columns.  Amazing.

This first image was taken with a very high ISO (1000) due to the lack of light inside of the monastery.  All images were with the E-P2

Here's my whack at it. It's from a spanish fort called San Cristobal's castle. ISO 400, I left a bit of luma noise in there cause the detail is awesome and didn't want to give it up.

Hahaha.

When I first read the title of the thread I thought it was about one of my favourite bands, The Doors, but also thought, hmm, maybe not so many of us forum users were alive when they did play.

All hail the Los Angelian band ;)
Best wishes to you all!
