some fellow from the projects spied me as i shot the picture crouched near the fromt of this chrome monster... as i passed him leaving i said nonchalantly

Lol, yes, Cars, is an animated movie where that truck was a tow truck and the voice was "Larry the Cable Guy" an American Comedian.
