I always say b&w first, but then again these scenes work better with some saturation.

I think that the color versions gives the images more structure and think that you should chose color by that :)

color, I cant really distinguish whats going on with the bws
More megapixels don't necessarily mean more resolution...

Definitely the color, and up the contrast anyways.
