What do you mean?

Fortunately the Tin-Lizzy days for cameras are finally over. My G1 is red and I'm happy that I haven't to cope with this boring black stuff, any longer.
Black is so... well, boring!

I bought the red G1 so I would be too embarrassed to sell it. I am SFT of constantly buying new cameras, looking for the perfect camera. Maybe this one will stick around for a while.

for me..............GF-1 with black or metal color is more nice and sharp.

But with blue and red...Make me want to vomit.

Well it may be ridiculous, but mine is red.  It's not as bright a red as one would image.  It's kind of maroon in the real world.  Not too wild looking.  I got no comments on its color so far.

Exactly. Just take a look at the colour range of the Pentax K-x!
Fortunately, the T-Model days finally are over in the camera area too.

I continue to rail against cameras that look like they came out of a box of "Fruit Loops".

Black was originally used because it made cameras appear to be smaller. If there were a limited edition pen in say brushed Titanium I would seriously consider getting one.

There is a brushed stainless steel. Titanium should only look darker.

Well at least the PEN cameras know not to be in such silly colors.

Somebody pointed out to me in another forum that the E-PL1 comes in blue and red...but thankfully not in North America (?). No signs of them at my local retailers yet at least....

The blue and red colors that were used on the E-PL1 are actually quite pleasing. Very subtle and not at all glaring and obviously tacky.

After years of owning black cameras, it feels kinda silly to admit I love the blue g1, but I do....
More megapixels don't necessarily mean more resolution...
