Are you finding the GF2/GH2 and G3 Touch screen useful?
« on: September 09, 2011, 08:33:29 AM »
The G3 is my 1st camera with a touch screen that  can use to not only make adj, but take a photo also at low angles without having my head at ground level... like an twist/tilt screen on steroids...

It has changed the way I see images.... I now pre visualize at low angles a lot easier now..at 57.

I found that it's sort of difficult to use the touch screen on the GF2. It works great, but sometimes you have to press the buttons on the touch screen multiple times, which can be irritating.

I think the G3 addressed that with more touch points, and without a T/S LCD, it can be a bit cumbersome at low angles.

Are you touchscreen users putting screen protectors on them, or just going commando? If so,does it reduce sensitivity?

I have never used protection  ;D

It is just a finger tip... skin after all, I don't use my finger nails like the ladies...I think, like your smart phone, wipe off the surface when needed.
