Who to write to to get a camera for review, etc?
« on: December 03, 2010, 07:02:58 AM »
I'm wondering if anyone here knows who to address an inquiry to receive a camera for review and or a sort of sponsorship/partnership, in particular Olympus? What department should I seek out for such an endeavor? I at least want the letter to get into the right hands if it's ultimately rejected...

Being the owner of this forum, you would think Olympus would give me any form of acknowledgement. Incorrect.

So bud, I'm not sure what to tell you.

Have you asked them?  :)

I think that if you asked them, showed links to this site with the support and impact it has, along with a plan as to how would you test/review a camera should they send one to you, it could happen.
More megapixels don't necessarily mean more resolution...

Would you go with "Real World" test?
Or, add some Tech tests in a studio environment?
And What tests would you do?
Compare to other brands?
Have a special donation fund to get what is needed?

I've sent emails about promotions, no response.
