I can see where they are coming from but gee that is one ugly looking lens on a pretty body.

Not sure about the focal lenght which works out at around 30-75mm ff equivalent. I would have preferred a compact 16-40mm (24-60mm) zoom but I guess the 20-50mm is a bit more mainstream.

the lens looks quite cheap and pedestrian, why dont they look at leica , zeiss
, voigtlander, or pentax for design cues on how to make an elegant lens

the body , while not being hideious to me , screams cheap gigantic point and shoot in the worst possible way
