i got a chance to handle this little gem , ive grown to see it as a very specific use camera , when the price goes down or a used one pops up i might get it
for the simple reason...s an interchangable lens super telephoto for bright conditions used at base iso or low isos,where the 5.6 crop factor will turn my57mm 1.2 konica into 320mm 1.2 super tele prime ive got a very nice 70 mm pentax 110 f2.8will be a 392mm prime and a very nice 200 canon fd f 2.8 become an 1120 equiv 2.8
shooting the moon with a 400mm lens will yield 2240mm of reach , really mindblowing imho
id love to use it with an 18mm mm 2.8 pentax 110 swhich will give a 100mm lens of extraordinary great dof im hoping
for a long time i saw it as a joke , but its built like a tank, has decent controls , is getting an adapter lineup that someday may rival the adapter selection for m43

ive always loved the pentax 110 ,,,its like the "n" gage model railroading of the slr world.lol

Had a Q since first week they shipped. Love the thing. Have barely ued any other camera since It arrived. Can't wait to use it with lens adapters. Thought a 110 adapter would have been out by now! The OM 180 f2 is going to get a tryout when the Oly adapter arrives.

Yes, if you have time, a Member Review with images would be nice... you can upload up to 5mp images in our galleries... just adjust the JPG compression to meet the largest requirement.

Once the World Series is over I will attempt to do a mini review. Will add to it when all the lens adapters arrive. There is a 1 hour Youtube review by devorama on that is very detailed.

The Q is a jewel. The construction and ease of use is incredible. It is like having a Mini me K-5 with you. It has so many cool features to enhance pic quality. Will also carry it with the big DSLRs as a backup and digital teleconverter ( approx 4x over aps-c).

Even have it feeding a 3" portable external screen for a special project. The possibilities are wild.
