Kodak is considering Ch. 11' regrouping,
Leica has back room planes for Sony to supply the M9/M10> sensors...

It still sounds like a rumor, but, if Leica is looking for a new company to supply sensors for their M9/10.... it may credible in the near future.

its not the credibility of the rumor , kodaks been imploding for a while, its the title of the thread

Forget the sensor for the Leica, Kodak is a worldwide employer and a source of photo chemicals, paper, machines and services. The reorganization, required for bankruptcy protection, will probably mean that the business will be split and many in the not-so-profitable sections will loose their jobs. The profitable operations should however continue to exist, and if the Kodak sensors are in one of them, they should continue to exist too.
The other possibility is the most attractive operations, including the relevant IP (patents, designs, etc.) to be sold or spun-off in an attempt to attract investors, without being associated with the traditional Kodak worldwide business and the required expenses.

From my reading, it sounded like a re-organization (Ch.11?)

no, it simply that the title state the "fact" but at this point it a just being weighed, really no biggie .... when i read the title , i was like holy moly , it happened ....but it didnt , thats all i meant
