You can buy lead tape at golf shops.  They use them to add extra mass to parts of the club for balance.  Just take a sensor cap and tape it up with lead tape.  To be extra safe tape up your underwear to protect the little soldiers especially if flying to Asia these days.

Fuss over nothing. Ground shipping is preferred simply because it is much cheaper than air. And the odd dead pixel is easily mapped out anyway like they already are.
Cameras big and small: Sony HX9V, Olympus E-P1, Canon 300D (IR mod), 7D and many others!
