I may like it without the two optional grips, but I don't like the too tall false prism exceeding in front that might obstruct TS lenses movements.

Looks awesome...and two additional grips? Really gives you choices with respect to size and handling. Want it small...go with the base configuration (looks roughly like the E-P3 size there)...want a better grip, add the larger standard grip. Want a vertical grip? Add that. Very cool. Only problem is I can't justify upgrading bodies right now.  I just got the GX1, and my GH2 has served me well.  Perhaps next winter, when prices have fallen on this.  :)

I would have preferred to see it without the extra grips... Looks interesting, and I may consider it as my next purchase (although the Oly 45mm is still calling to me).

It looks freaking fantastic, an astounding hit from oly finally. I can't believe oly has what I've asked from panny for quite the time now. The griped version for work, the sleek version for fun! IT'S PERFECT!
More megapixels don't necessarily mean more resolution...

I  JUST had to post the 2 photos

Oh My... A SERIOUS CONTENDER for the PROs where Build, control placement, IQ, and lens selections matter!
And a SERIOUS Camera for the advanced enthusiast where all of the above is also important! plus the unmistakable OLY OM resemblance.

I also like it and maybe I'll sell my E-P3 and get this instead. I've already got a buyer, and that's good :)

Hmm, I think it looks a bit strange with one more shutter on the grip, but maybe it's good functionally.
Best wishes to you all!

Two thumbs up! Count me in. However, without the grip, as this will be a walkaround camera.  Can't wait for more, especially some images and details on the viewfinder. Can anyone tell if it has a built-in diopter adjustment?  Whew, again, happy I procrastinated on an E-P3!  Not that the E-P3 was a bad step up from the E-P2, but was disappointed they kept the legacy 12MP sensor.

When you hold the camera by the grip, your fingers will be there at the auxiliary release. trying to use the [on camera] release will be awkward

I find some of the views of Four Thirds owners interesting...(http://www.flickr.com/groups/olympusesystem/discuss/72157629104661727/)

Although it's NOT for me - I do absolutely love this camera 100%

It looks functional and professional. The E5 replacement.

I also think everyone is thrown by the actual size (it looks huge) which is difficult to visualize without some reference, just remember the size of that lens and the size of the screen on the back-the body without the battery pack must be about the same as a G3 maybe a little smaller.

If the images standup to 1/2 the hype this could be a classic.

Look at the screen, this camera is most likely smaller than the G3.

Either this guy has really big hands, or this camera is really small:

I like it, but I won't buy it.  The EP-3 fits more for my style of shooting.  Although, if I did show up to a sports event with this camera, it will demand more respect from the other photogs.  I do like the two grip options especially if they hold batteries.

I wonder if that penta-prism hump leaves room for mounting both flash and some kind of new accessory.  It seems unusually high when compared to the Pen accessory port placement.

More images without the grips.  It looks real small with the 17mm lens.

Those are fakes from livedoor, the grip is too big.

The silver one is photoshopped from the black. The silver version is supposed to have a different texture in the leatherette.

For my sense of aesthetics it is just too retro. It looks like a generic also run SLR from the 70s. Lacks the clean functional elegance of the E-P1,2...

I don't need this camera...I don't need this camera....I don't need this camera...I don't need this camera....

And I don't need the 75/1.8...I don't need the 75/1.8....

Need to keep repeating those for a while or I'm going to be in real trouble.  :)

I would really prefer a swing-out screen to the tilt screen, I am also beginning to think this is going to arrive at significantly more than $1100.

But I would almost buy the body just for the matching 75 f1.8 and the 60 macro.
