Hi everybody

I want buy bag for my pen e-pl3. For me more useful shoulder/backpack style.

That's alright, they're not for everyone.

I would recommend a smaller sized Tamrac Velocity if that's the route you want to go. For the PEN and all accessories, you honestly don't need a big bag.
