Yes, I had read that glowing endorsement on his blog. I'm a bit chargined that the "little brother" in the PEN family can out-do its E-P1 big brother. Olympus could have done a better job of marketing this camera, IMO. I have yet to see an E-PL1 in the wild.

In the group that I run with there are about 8 users who have them!

I see them everywhere! Nearly half of my Flickr contacts have one now. They're on display at Best Buy too.

This is why it's becoming so hard to upgrade! There really are no other cameras near this price range, more expensive included, that produce the picture quality of the L1. I find myself looking at cameras in the hyper HIGH END category because I want more professional options, but I still want this IQ. This means that I'm probably going to have to spend a lot more money for that, but I'll wait around a bit longer to see if Olympus produces another "perfect" camera.

If this thing had faster autofocus, a shutter speed of at least 1/6000, internal vf, and weather sealing, I'd never need another camera. I've just started to experiment with the high ISO performance, and I'm amazed everytime. Especially when I compare it to my friends' DSLRs.
