New "Amazing" TVC of Olympus Pen

The Amazing Olympus PEN E-PL1 Camera

Check out the making-of as well in YouTube.
The TVC was shot with several E-P2.
I'm ashamed that my video made with E-P2 is not 1/100 as good as it. :-[

That was a good video. Neither of these scenes was shot with the camera handheld however, and all of them have complex lighting control.

I saw that video too--it is indeed impressive and is bound to give us Pen fans a severe case of inferiority complex.  :P But it certainly shows what our equipment is capable of.

Olympus has the most commercials for their cameras of any brand that I have ever seen.

I'm not a native English speaker.
I don't get what you mean.
Google won't help either.
Would you help explaining a bit?

I'm afraid I didn't quite understand that comment either.

Sorry, it's a phonetic spelling of a sound of a pretty obscure reference to the 90's MTV cartoon Bevis and Butthead. Basically, what I meant to say is "wow, that was pretty cool!"

I got it!!!  As I posted on another forum a while ago after I saw the commercial-
"I watched the commercial three or four times.  Somewhere around the four viewing I actually noticed the camera."  ::)

oly has the best wit humor and coolness of the camera ads around , from the humor of this ad, to the kevin spacey  vignettes of the pen paridigm
i think oly is ahead of the curve in its machines and its promotion of them

Video quality = excellent
Overall video experience = somewhat less than excellent, what with the focus hunt and AF noise on the soundtrack. I'm bracing myself for the $700 hit to buy the Oly 14-150.... (which ironically, is what it would cost to buy a decent HD camcorder, which I thought I could avoid buying after getting the PEN....  :-[)

In most cases that I've taken video I just turn off the sound anyways, DSLRs may have good image quality for video, but the sound is a far leap for good quality. Besides I like to mix in songs to my videos (although I never actually have).

That is true. You'll notice that most professional-looking videos have a music track overlayed, and I often do that with my videos in post production. But there are times when you need the sound and I was really looking forward to the benefits of the hi-fi stereo sound provided by the E-P1.
