Did Oly master upgrade your Lens ( 14-42 in my case ) firmware too?
'cose mine didn't. It refused to understand that there is a lens attached and now it works with 1.1, while the body successfully upgraded to 1.2.

Where did you hear about a possible 1.2 firmware for the 14-42mm lens? Thereâ€™s absolutely no indication that I can find anywhere on the Internet regarding such an announcement.

I did not. I am asking if you experienced the same as I did - 1.2 for the camera body only. I also deducted from what I saw about the previous firmware version - 1.1 was available for both camera body and lens, so I expected the camera firmware to be updated too.

Olympus 14-42 firmware is still 1.1. Only the E-P1 camera body is 1.2.
