Very nice. The camera has a distinctive ´nippon-ish´ styling, - whereas the lens is quite ´german-ish´,

Each suited for the other, though! Would enjoy viewing your photos with the pairing.

Thanks. I only have 1 image which i may pop up here or i may wait until i can use it in anger. Should be good though!!

You being a ´lens-a-holic´ (as probably more than a few in here), Andy, which of your Zeiss (and Voiglander's, maybe) glass do you recommend the most? (I've had a quick glance at your Flick'r postings).

The 35mm f/2.4 Flektogon is a bit of a legend and is a very nice lens, good focal length too. They sell in the UK for about £100-£170 dependant on condition. The Distagon is very nice also. 50mm f/1.8 Pancolor is good also. If you can afford it the new Biogon lenses from Zeiss are awesome but they are about £800 plus!!!

One of my sharpest lenses is the Pentacon 50mm f/1.8 MC, Cheap and really good. Voigtlander 15mm, 21mm, 35mm and 40mm lenses are all very nice. I would like the 40mm f1.4 and it will end up on my camera at some point. The 12mm f/5.6 Voigtlander looks a real fun lens to use.

Decide on what focal length you want (keeping in mind M4/3 x2 crop factor) and look for the closest Zeiss or Voigtlander lens and try and get the fastest lens you can unless you live somewhere that is permanently sunny unlike where i live!

He he, it's a saying which means to actually get out there and use what ever it is the way it was designed, in this case to go take photo's. There's no actual anger involved....one hopes!
