Hi and welcome aboard.

These SDHC-UHS1 don't ring any bells, but you may take a look at the SD Memory Card Compatibility with the PEN series list:

Before i thinking i will take my new born baby photos with this, but my son growing up and start running this poor camera never catch him right focus.

AF speed is significantly improved with latest firmware releases, at least that is true for E-P1.
Try updating it, and if that does not work, try shooting with a wider angle position on your zoom.
It both gathers more light at that position, and Depth of Field is greater, meaning that precise focusing is not critical.
As for sdhc-ush1, If they are SDHC compliant, that should not be a problem. Don't take my word however, ask Olympus support a question in order to be completely sure.

I suspect that page may just not have been updated. It's dated just "copyright 2010" and the USH-1 cards were only announced in September.

From what I can understand, the USH1 is simply a faster version of the SDHC standard, that some cameras with a special controller can take advantage of, so you should have no problems with it. Whether it will give you faster writing performance on your camera is questionable. I use a Sandisk Extreme III in my E-P1 currently and can get up to 20 RAW images in continuous shooting mode without lagging (just tested it).

It sounds more like something else is slowing things down, probably the auto-focus. You could try making one of the user definable buttons into autofocus lock which will allow you to stop the autofocus hunting around in between shots. This only works usefully if you are roughly the same distance from your son in each shot.

Perhaps if you'd like to post some sample photos here somebody might be able to take a look and make some more suggestions.

For E-PL1 also i bit as far as i remember.

UHS is simply to new and the camera too old. However you dont really need, get a good (not faked) class 10 card, this is fast enough.
cheers

It wouldn't hurt to try it, unless you're buying one for the other.

Thats way more speed than the PEN (any PEN) needs. Spend that money on faster glass to get that running kid!! (olympus will release native faster glass soon)
More megapixels don't necessarily mean more resolution...

It's always good when the camera maker also makes their own sensor..
We should see better overall IQ I hope, although I own a Pany, not a Pen.

The Pens have done a great job with the Panny Sensors in the IQ department. And Oly's JPG/Raw firmware has always been good, even from the E-4xx series on.

I use a 8gig, and, honestly, I don 't know if I want card can hold 600+ images... My 8gig hold about 350 raw files, and I usually don't shoot more than 200 at any one time. That again, I don't to such a large card since I don't shoot for $$$.  But, even if I did, I'd change out cards ever couple hundred images to be on the safe side of card failure for Paid work. You can always sort the images the time stamp if needed.

I think there are a lot of faked cards around. I ordered one Transcend 8gb class10 and it had only like 11mb/s write speed. Normaly they have around 16mb/s. It looked also a bit different.

Support doesnt care, they just check serial number which can be copied also.
cheers
