Today i see new olympus firmware news

and i plug my camera, open olympus update program... step by step follow and the last screen come

than i take off usb cable from camera, later close & open but not it opened ! What is this ? Why ?

Maybe something went bad in update. Bring it to Oly representative, I don't believe that there is another way to fix it now.

Did you get the "OK" screen on the camera?
Something similar happened to me when I updated the firmware on my E-P3 a few months ago. I did exactly what the instructions said, but the camera never gave me the "OK" screen, it just switched itself off (even though the battery was full), and could not be turned on again. I had to send it to Olympus to have it fixed, it took about 2-3 weeks.

Yes,
Olympus Updater program show me "Now take off usb cable & close your camera" and i did it. But now i remember my camera don't show OK on LCD screen. 2-3 weeks very long time ! Today i try call Olympus service numbers and nobody answer me, i send they e-mail & nobody answer me !..

How can i send they ? What they need ? Are they want for guarantee something ? Buying bill copy or/and guarantee card copy ?

Try searching for a formal contact or representative in your area.

The previous screen in the updater tells you to click next and wait until the camera says "OK", but once you've clicked next it just says to disconnect and turn off (without any warning to wait until "OK"), so it is a bit treacherous.

Did you try to remove the battery, wait a minute for capacitors to discharge, then add the battery back in?

is this problem repairing in guarantee or i must pay for this ? Anyone know this ?

No, you shouldn't have to pay anything, it's covered by the warranty (at least it was in my case).

If you haven't bought your E-P3 over a year ago (which I'm pretty sure you haven't) then you should be good.

This connection very bad. Now only they answer my e-mail from friday. But they give me same information from offical web page ! is that funny ?! What they need, how can i send my camera ? is Olympus service need my camera bill, guarantee card, battery & etc ? With what i send, wich way i send and where ?! Why when answering my e-mail don't give me this informations ? Offical web page have a one document "Repair form"(.pdf)

I can't tell. I brought mine to the local representative (Bulgaria) and they called me back to collect it when it was ready (2 weeks). You should be able to sort it out with your local representative how exactly to send the camera back for repair. If you live in Warszawa, why not visit them in person: ul. Suwak 3 02-676 Warszawa.

Now they answer my e-mail & included all detail

They need 2 documents, one is from they'r web page this "repair form"( http://www.olympus.co.uk/consumer/downloads/Repair-Form.pdf )
& another one is bill or guarantee card with seller stamp !...
& i will call UPS cargo service, give they Olympus code and they take free from me.
They said this repair take 2-3 weeks !.. Now i must prepare (print & copy) this documents.
