Bit of a firestorm about the review there.  Between arguing about the "not for everyone" comment on the "highly recommended" rating, and the changing of the image quality rating with people unable to look at the images and tests and decide for themselves, and people with other micro 4/3 cameras coming in to say that it is "not for them" and people with heavy DSLR outlays having to explain why it is "not for them" and people that tried it in a store for 15 minutes and hated it and have to tell everyone for some reason it has been quite a mess. That is why it is nice to have this E-P1 forum to talk about the camera without all that.

Very true Brachiopod!

But sometimes i like to go over to DPReview and have a laugh at all the comments and opinions.

Although i must say, i have learned alot from their forum aswell.

I only post on e-p1.net and just recently at cameralabs. E-p1.net is an overall much more pleasant place to chat with like-minded people, cameralabs is pretty good also. :)

E-P1 is not compact camera and not SLR, so the rating is not accurate for the sense.
