Voigtländer border performance is just fantastic, at 1.4 the leica hands down beats it. Interesting thing is that the voigtländer broke resolution records at 2.8 and at that setting they don't seem that different (in the center). So the leica is mighty sharp! Which is better I dunno.

as excited as i am by the remarkable speed of the voigtlander
im on an preorder list for the 25mm 1.4 pan\leica

1.4 is plenty fast ... it look like good iq, and the price is right

ive got the 15mm 4.5 voigtlander
28mm 1.9 voigtlander
50mm1.5 voigtlander
but im gonna pass on this great cv lens
