Tilt & shift
« on: January 07, 2012, 07:46:06 AM »
Does anyone of you ever think there will be any tilt & shift-lens released for the micro fourthirds system?

Olympus has the digital filter Diorama which gives a effect that reminds of tilt & shift, but I don't think it gives the same result if you're shooting a high building or something like that.
Best wishes to you all!

I think that if we do see one, it'll be quite a while from now and it'll be by Panasonic
More megapixels don't necessarily mean more resolution...

Tilt-shift lenses are quite advanced, so only a few of the largest brands have them. I think at the moment the only ones offered are by Canon and Nikon.

There are non-coupled tilt-shift lenses available for m4/3: clickety-click
I don't know anything about the quality though.

Buy a Lensbaby. Or a tilt-shift adapter.
