Stopped at the thrift store on my way home and found a Minolta 50mm f2 lens in excellent+ condition for $2. I don't have an adapter (yet) but for $2 I had to buy it.

I just ordered an adapter and a lens cap for it. I got two lens caps shipped from Hong Kong for $3.49. How can they do that?

the 50 f2
that was the first serious lens i shot with it was a graduiation gift from my mother mounted on a minolta xgm body , fond memories

got it at 47th street photo

I've been hunting down vintage cameras at thrift/antique stores lately, a lot of gorgeous old cameras to be found, unfortunately I can't find film to go in any of them......

I sold one of those on Ebay a couple of years ago and got over $200 for it. Nice find!
