My OM 50mm f1.8/16 & RJ OM Adaptor arrived today, so though I would do some test shots to learn about aperture etc. All in jpeg as I use iPhoto.

My only concern is the softness(?) around the edges which I think is from the adaptor as it appears to be a quite deep compared to the Olympus OEM OM adaptor - anyone think there would be a difference?

*I will also do the same for my 1950s Leica Summicron M 50mm f2/16

On to the pics - Oh, I am from a P&S background so still very green in this area.

i have an artisan and artist strap also , they re the best , a pic of mine is in other pics called my ep-1

Can you use auto focus with the setup that you have?

The OM adapter doesn't allow AF, unfortunately.

I have this lens. The thing I like about it is that I can focus on something relatively close versus a Voigtlander I have. The bokeh is a bit nasty though.

I have been trying the E-P1 with the OM Zuiko 50mm f1.4 The results are encouraging. I now have another eight OM lenses to work my way through!
