Hi guys,
I am very impressed with the lens and thought I should share this
a quick focus speed test and a few street shots, in no way scientific but it should give a pretty good idea about the lens

Does it come with a lens hood? I saw a photo of the lens with a silver hood on 43rumors, but can't find any info if the hood is included.

I haven't seen any bad reviews, can't imagine what it could be unless its a faulty lens, no lenshood included, it came w a front and rear cap only. no pouch.
