Pretty similar (notice that the 40mm has the adapter attached)!
If only the 37mm olympus 'logo' cap was cheaper...

maybe it is a similar optical design, since m4/3 is pretty close to a 1/2 frame in size. The mount is bigger than a Pen F mount.
