my read on this (to be honest, acquired through forum lecture and not own expertise in photography software): should be no issue. within the MFT standard, the parameters of "what to correct" are communicated from the lens to the body. As E-P1 body has shown that it can handle different types of "lens errors" (sorry for the simplistic term) with other Panasonic lenses, the bottleneck is what the lens is willing to tell. So as long as the new Pancake tells everything it ought to (which we should assume, because otherwise it wouldnt perform on the GF1), the E-P1 will be able to process this information.
