From my smallest lens ...

I just love this modern cross design at a new church where I attended mass last Xmas ...
picture cropped to remove vignettes, f/1.4

closer ... cropped at left

outdoors, at another place of worship for others, f/5.6, no crop. Fine indoors, but high contrast in sunny outdoors, had to tame contrast

closest focusing distance, and at f/1.4, cropped

Thank you for showing us your c-mount shots. Since c-mount lenses have been designed for 16mm film you can see vignetting. Additionally sharpness is very bad outside the 16mm area. That is a non-intended effect and has nothing to do with "film look". Although I like e-p1 shots with c-mount lenses I decided not to by one of them.

Yes, it is distorted at the corners, best shot 6x6.

At any rate, some folks like this, some don't. So these pics can help show those unaware if they do or not.

For me, it's just a lens for fun, not to be taken seriously. I have a problem holding it, too tiny. Some more artistic folks may be able to work it well, though, just like some who use Holga can come up with stunning dramatic work.

I got the small CCTV lens from a local peer OM user forum.
The lens came with packaging box and tools for opening the lens.
It's made in Vietnam as stated on the box.

It's really small when being mounted on E-P2.

f/1.4 - 1/80 - ISO 640 (-0.3EV)

f/1.4 - 1/60 - ISO 1000

f/2 - 1/640 - ISO 200

Looks like good lens for this sensor, - would like to get one, if possible. All photos in this tread are just plainly quite sharp, - and good. What's the price of that lens (and adapter), -and is it possible to get hold of the two during a few days stay in HK, gareth?

I bought it second hand from a peer user in a HK forum.
The lens does not come up regularly in trading section of the forum and is not sold in shops here.
However, it's available in eBay.
I found one with exact packaging as mine.

I'll add a couple here, shot with my Cosmicar/Pentax (same lens) 25mm f/1.4

Both samples are wide open, and un-cropped to illustrate the vignetting.

Here is a little G3/Cosmicar-Pentax 25/1.4 CCTV action; both pics are @f/1.4, iso 160 and post with LR3.

This lens is truly amazing wide open, and the colors are fabulous.
