Awesome, I was wondering how long it would take to get sample threads for the new Panasonic lenses! This is a great photo, too.

Talk to me about how the zooming feels like
More megapixels don't necessarily mean more resolution...

Talk to me about how the zooming feels like

It feels strange at first. I hadn't done the upgrade on the camera so I didn't have any information on the focal distance. With the upgrade, we can see it on the viewfinder and it's really useful.

Mechanically the zoom feels a little bit like focus by wire, it works but you don't physically feel it working, because the zoom ring turns forever.

What impressed the most is the size and weight, really small and it doesn't extend like my old oly 40-150

I rarely use zoom lenses but this feels like a nice adition!

Can we see more?

I haven't had a zoom in that range for a while... I have view primes though....55mm/85mm/135mm

A few to show different f/stops on the same subject maybe, if you have time?

It sounds like that this may be one of the sharper zooms, that, and the 100-300.
