Found this lens in a thrift store on a working X700 camera with a flash for $40.

Great score! I sold one of those lenses on Ebay last year for about $220.

awesome, my first serious camera was a minolta xgm, with a 50 1.8 which i no longer have , so i have a soft spot for the sharp glass in the rokkor lens line

What a classic country image.
This lens renders so nice...
