Just got this lens this week.  Great lens... These are all wide open:

The bokeh's a little nervous in this one because it was shot through a steel fence with bars every 2.5 inches.  :)

Love all of them them, I too have found that the closer I am with my 135/2.8 the nicer the Bokeh gets. That f/2 Canon 135 rocks!

Not really.  It's not a light lens, of course, but it weighs roughly 1.5 lbs, which is pretty light for a lens of this length and aperture.  The modern EF 135mm f/2L is a little heavier, and that's considered a relatively light weight large aperture lens.  It's far lighter and smaller than a lens of equivalent reach and DOF would be (roughly a 300mm f/4) on a 35mm camera.  The Canon 300mm f/4L IS weighs almost 3lbs.  It handles and balances very well on the GH cameras (I'd imagine it'd be a bit unweildy on my E-P1, though)

1.5 pounds is quite heavy, but this image quality is just worth it. I love the coat girl and the flamingo

Great sharpness in all pictures. Im amazed how well focused all are since the lens is manual focus only and some of the shots looks like half-action or less.

Psynema, you have one also.... nice....

That "Connection" photo says it all... genuine for sure.. maybe a tighter crop around the couple would work also? One environmental, one close up.
