how is the focus on that baby, wide open?
do you have trouble getting things sharp, consistently?

Portrait above is taken wide open. It's a little soft wide open and (without scientifically prof) I have the impression that it renders slightly blueish colors and have about average resolution. Build quality is solid.

Faster lens = bigger challenge to hit the target. I always use the magnified view when shooting with manual lenses on my PEN ;)

I agree both photos look a bit cold, but the color tone fit the portrait well.
The eyelashes and eye on the lady portrait look reasonably sharp to me at this resolution.
The look of the lens on the white E-P1 is unbeatable. Nice!

Daylight has a blue tint in Norway because of the angle to the sun and it's light transmission true the atmosphere, but mostly during the winter and not as much as seen here.  ;)
