Panasonic is introducing a Web-Connected TV that will allow (On Screen) real-time chatting and messaging While you watch TV with your friends all over the world.
And they introduced a 10" tablet (Android) with TV/Pad interconnected WiFi interface.
IE: You can put your Tablet screen on the TV if you like, for all to see, if you have something you want to share, but, not pass the tablet around.

It is not just changing channels with the tablet, that's old news.  It is being able to message/chat on screen as you watch TV, and interact with your friends as they watch at their home. and more

The Myspace partnership provides the social network to allow this.

And they partnered with Disney to provide an App with family content only available with the Panasonic system.
