It has been down for over a week, every now and then, I get a page loaded, but, I can't go anywhere with it showing a some kind or error or page not available...

Still down. The owner is furious with the response from Layeredtech

We are on day 6 now and they can't seem to fix the hardware or have the sense to just bring it up on another server.

My sites are with the same provider and I can tell you that I will be moving them as soon as I find a reliable one.
