Monitoring audio
«

Hi there,
Does anyone know if there is a way to monitor the audio through headphones while recording video on the ep-2? I record videos using a lapel mic plugged into the hot shoe but really would like to hear what is being recorded properly.
Thank you for reading

Hello, Dave, and welcome to the forum. I think that E-P2 does not support headphones. At least no such accessory is available from Olympus.

Thanks Adash,
I was wondering if there was any way of using the camera with a live view on a laptop, or even through a television.
I really appreciate your time with this.
thank you

It will show exactly what the LCD display shows if you connect a TV monitor via the analogue TV-out. Not sure if it will output audio while shooting. Most probably not.
