Made it with Oly Pen E-P1 (Penelope) with double exposition option in camera:

These are great! I've never been able to successfully use the double exposure on my E-P1, never like the photos that I get from doing it.

My guess is use flash two flashes timed slightly off by a couple milliseconds, and long shutter speed.
