I built a nice beach trip photo book for my parents for a gift. When I went to upload and buy it the uploading screen goes black and never progresses on. Seems Aperture 3 isn't going to let me buy a book through it for the near term. Are there any book building services you guys have seen and had success with that are a bit more modern and nice looking than silly and themed? It is a shame because Apertures is nice.

Along those same lines, how can I, if I can, export my photobook to a friends computer with Aperture and upload it through theres?

All of the ones that I know of make you buy the book once it's done. Doesn't usually cost very much though. If you are willing to do that though, then http://magcloud.com is good.

No I want to buy a book! I like the books in Aperture but my program is freezing when it is trying to upload to purchase the book I made. I am looking at finding a different website/service to purchase a physical photo book from but I want a modern looking one like Aperture not a cheezy one!

Magcloud doesn't do books? Oh, I thought they did.
