I have three bags depending on the day. Yes I'm a bit obsessive.

My super light kit is:
- Crumpler 1 million dollar home camera bag
- E-P1 with 14-42 kit lens
- Extra camera battery
- Polarizing filter
- SDHC card reader

My standard kit is:
- Crumpler 2 million dollar home camera bag
- E-P1 with 14-42 kit lens
- FL-36R flash (I used to use the FL-14 with flash cord, but 36 is just more flexible for me)
- Extra camera battery
- 2 extra AA batteries for flash
- Polarizing filter
- SDHC card reader
- Pocket tripod

My "on a mission"/traveling kit is:
- E-P1
- 14-42 kit lens and one of the following: Zuiko 50mm f2, Zuiko 8mm fisheye, Lensbaby, Panasonic 45-200
- FL-36R flash
- Extra camera battery
- 2 extra AA batteries for flash
- Polarizing filter
- SDHC card reader
- Lenspen
- Pocket tripod
- Shutter release cable

The only thing that I carry is a little square of black electrical tape that I keep stuck to the bottom of the camera to put over the power button when I shoot in darkened places and don't want to be obvious.
