Taking out the .45x Wide Converter on the O/14-42ED
« on: May 31, 2011, 02:08:12 PM »
I went to drop off my 400mm f/5.5 with Bob at CameraRepairs.com shop today to have the aperture blades put back in and have the lens given CLA also. And brought my newly acquired .45x Wide Converter mounted on my O/14-42ED. (about 160* at the 14mm setting) that gives a Round FishEye effect. Here are the results..
BTW, I can adjust about 90% of the distortion in editing without losing the effect IMO..It really doesn't that pronounced FishEye Effect, just a round border that can adjusted by zooming the lens.

I will start a Proper Sample thread later tonight.. I don't the time right now, I have to get ready to go out with my Wife.

I really like the first one, the wide angle was a good idea.
